Initially I thought this had answered a question which a client asked me a long time ago. "Can you perform whisper paging". After testing on IPO V2 Build 18 this doesn't quite solve our clients desire. Basically what they would 'like' is for ALL calls to be directed to reception and transferred accordingly rather than using ddi's, please note calls would not be transferred until announced by the receptionist. If the destination party is busy then the receptionist would like to whisper to their handset OVER the current call that "Mr Jones is calling to place the order" thus giving the internal party the choice whether to end his existing call or bin it and take the one that reception is holding for him.
I hope this makes sense, as I say I thought that your previous reply was the fix but this appears (when I try) to suspend the current call.
