Whisper on ACD

is there a way on Option 61 to send a whisper (a brief message) on arrival of calls from a specific ACD QUEUE or DN?

only on that questions. There is a force call tone that can be put in place, but no whisper as to what group might be calling.

sorry. Nortel does offer an option package through symposium now that will use the voice services cards and provide the whisper you might need.

get with nortel rep as there is very little information about this available.
