I am having a bit of an issue with an agents set up at the minute. There are whisper announcements set up to play on each of the skills assigned to her, but they only play when she is logged in on a softphone. If she is logged in to a physical phone, she hears nothing. At this point i have had her log in on a few different physical phones to rule out a hardware issue, and also checked and doublechecked the COR on the agent to make sure it was correct (and it should be correct if it works in a softphone environment).
Has anyone here seen anything like this happening? It is only happening to one agent and from what i can see, there is no obvious reason for it happening.
