I'm trying to run a while loop that will insert </td><td> after "RowCount" hits 20. I am using a DataReader to collect the data

RowCount++;
VAR+="<a href='my-page.aspx?data="+VAR+"'>"+LINK+"</a><br>";

Any help or suggestions are welcome
