Hello,
I have never worked with IT in respect to phone systems before, so I have a rather basic question. Handsfree is not working on my Nortel T7316 phone. FEATURE *0 says the line extension, so it is apparently disabled.
I understand that I must go into config and CAPABILITIES to set HANDSFREE and HANDSFREE ANSWERBACK to to Auto and Yes.
On the phone itself I do not see the option for CAPABILITIES. Only Line Access and Line Assignment after I enter my ext in Show Set. Can this feature be accessed on the phone itself or is there an admin phone somewhere that will display these options?
