Where to find DBCheckListBox component?

You could try a DBControlGrid - it will let you add CheckList boxes, strings and other DBaware controls in the basic panel - ie roll your own control!
If you don't need to have the component DB aware, consider the CheckList box component in Delphi, or check out the ABC components and LMD components that ship with Delphi.
I'm using CheckListBox in a number of applications - but they read the database and load the relevant values into the strings - so its not DB aware (doesn't have to be).
I'd go with DBControlGrid in the first instance, or you can trawl - I came across several components there in a quick search.
