Where is the Exchange everyone group ?

Can anyone help me ?

I am going to migrate my Exchange 5.5 server to 2000.
After I moved all users from 5.5 to 2000, I found the Everyone group in Exchange 5.5 Address book was lost in 2000 Address book.

How do I get it back ?
Since the everyone group in domain is disappeared, therefore I couldn't do Exchange Task at Active Directory Users and Computers window.

Thanks anyway.
