Where is Phone Manager Lite located

I can not find where to download Phone Manager Lite.

There is only one PhoneManager software, you can find it on the User application CD.
The status of the software e.g. Lite, Pro or Softphone is controlled within IP Office with licensing.
Without any license the software runs in "lite" mode by default, assigning a PM Pro license in IP Office Manager for a user will automaticly switch the application to "pro" mode.

My vendor never sent me the CD with the IP Office. He told me to download Admin3.2 from the web site. I did that but I can not find on there where phone manager is.
