Where is Outlook Office Assistant 1

I am trying to set up email forwarding in MS Outlook XP. The help tells me to look for the "Out of Office Assistant" in the Tools menu. However, there is no such assistant in Tools.

Is there another way to forward the email through Outlook? Is there another place where this assistant is hiding?

I use the workgroup version at work, and home is not. I had not ever needed the assistant at home, and didn't know it wouldn't be there until I read this thread. Thanks for the answer.
