Where is my form?

Have created a query then form from the query involves 4 tables. form shows in design view but when i switch to form view nada. Nothing shows up
please help.
 
Sort by date Sort by votes
Check your query in datasheet view. If no data appears you need to rework the query.

If the query shows data, so will the form.
