Where is JITMAN.exe?

I keep reading about the different types of JIT compilation...standard, econo, and pre. I also keep reading about using JITMAN.exe to direct which JIT compiler is used. I am unable to locate the JITMAN.exe. I have done a file search on my computer and it isnt' there. Is it a standard part of the SDK? Has it changed names?

I see it on Google but only in reference to .Net Beta. A search of MSDN shows nothing.
