where is adminpak in SBS 2003?

I need to install all administrative stuff onto an XPPro machine so I can stop sitting at the server to look at Exchange etc. But I don't find a file called "adminpak" on the disks that came with SBS 2003. Is it a different name for this software? Is the installation procedure any different than for Windows Server 2003?

You will find the adminpak.msi file on the SBS servers Windows\System32 folder.
