I am migrating 5.5 from NT 4.0 domain to new Win 2003 domain. I can't figure out where to fun forestprep. Both the PDC (which is running Active directory) and the new Exchange 2003 server (which does not have anthing on it yet) are in the new domain. Do I dun forestprep on the new PDC or do I run it on the new Exchange server? Where do I run domainprep?

ForestPrep should be ran on your Schema Master. DomainPrep generally can be ran on any server. DomainPrep needs to be ran once for each Domain you have, and the server you run it on needs to be a member of that Domain.
