I need to buy a copy of character studio where can you buy it.

If you bought 3D Studio MAX Then most likely Character Studio came with it you just need to buy or register your information to get the authorization code from your local supplyer or Dicreet I Em Not A God

I purchased it and it was not included in the software bundle... Should I call them for it?

What version of MAX did you get? both max r3 & r4 give you the option of of installing character studio. and only runs so long before it needs to be athorized. If you have paid for charactor studio and not received your authorization code for it you should give your retailer a call.

If you bought it you have the option of upgrading your previously installed version of Character studio.
