When Netmeeting fails

We use Netmeeting alot and on the majority of the PC's it is working, no problems. We however have maybe 3 or 4 that we cannot get into. Is there a way to uninstall Netmeeting and reinstall it? If not, is there a program that can be recommended that we can use to get into the systems and make necessary changes?
