When I try to ping anything, I get "Unable To Initialize Windows Sockets Interface Error Code 0". I can't network anything.

I suspect spyware has something hosed but can not get machine to netwrok resources for the fix.

Any suggestions?

Much thanks!!
Holly

Remove and readd your TCP/IP protocol stack. You will have to be an administrator on the machine. Right click "My Network Places" go to properties. Right click your connection go to properties and then remove and readd the stack. Hope this helps.

If anyone calls and says "I know a little something about computers" just tell them to reformat it.
