In Dreamweaver MX 2004 version 7.0.1, when I drag an image on a page, as soon as I leave go of the mouse button, I am suddenly brought to the top of the page, requiring me to scroll back to where I was working to continue.

Is there a way to stop this from happening?

Thanks

it depends where you left your cursor in the page before you drop....try using Insert->Image.
Also, is there anythig on the page? If not then that would make sense as your image in being placed at 'the top' meaning at the begining of your <body> tag.
All the best!
