when booting up from a cold start on a 032 mics 6.1

how long does it take to reboot the system from a cold start i did a cold start like 45 min ago and it is still blinking i have the 6.1 sw in it currently

I'd give it an hour, but shouldn't be past 30 min.

still nothing. any ideas? im lost i know this system but im at complet loss here

Are you sure software card is in correctly, because they will fit in reversed? I did it ONCE.
