What's the key different between G3si & G3csi (Prologix)?

Hi All

In my recent project, we use the Avaya PBX: G3si & G3csi(aka Prologix).
I know the different between these product such as support user number.
But I want to know the key different between these product?

Because I use some software contect with two types PBX, G3si is OK, the connect with G3csi have some problem.

Mainly just the carrier that they live in. Thats the only real difference. Of course the si can do failover processors and can be made to be a redundant solution. You can also do EPN's with the si.

A Csi is also called a CMC, wall mounted cabinets similar to Nortels Option 11.
