Whats possible

I know this sounds stupid but what can we do with this system? at the moment it is just giving simple reports to us about usage - I'd like these to be linked to our in-house developments a bit better and also was thinking about some sort of customer service system to pop information to users desktops. Are these solutions a possibity or are we on a highway to nowhere?

 
1. You can use the standard SMDR file output and massage to your heart's content.
2. If you have agents, you could purchase the CCC reports for fairly detailed analysis.
3. For realtime screen pops, you could use 1st party TAPI that comes free with the system or purchase license for 3rd party TAPI for more sophisticated network-based call control.
