Hi; i have some little questions for the DS1-Card (TN2464):

On the first Page for the Trunk-Group;waht does the TAC-Field mean? ...and...

Does an userguide exists for thsi Card?

TAC = Trunk Access Code. If you let your stations dial a trunk group directly, without going through ARS, that is the code that they would dial. The TAC is also used on the Attendant Console to show which trunk groups are busy. Attached is the link to the System Administration manual. The Screen Reference section shows you all of the forms and the definition of each field.
