for 2nd phase IP sets to work? i have an ITG-P card version 4.0

also, what is the default password to access that card i have tried ITGADMIN for username and password.. but no luck.

IP sets are not dependant on the release of the card other than if the card needs to be X release to run X release of IP Line.

At rls. 4.5 cards take on the PW of the host system.

Phase II IP Phones will run on IP Line 4.

i have tried, but with no luck to connect a phase II ip phone to that ITG, i am getting to the Node and TN stage of the configuration but am not able to connect. i have also copied the settings and connected to the same port of a phase I working ip phone to a phase II but still not luck..

any suggestions?

If you are getting to the NODE and TN stage, that means that the set is able to speak to the card. Dumb question...

do you have enough free licenses for your new set and is it correctly provisioned?

..also make sure that you are using the latest firmware which is DAX for the Phase II IP Phone 2001/2002/2004.
