What program can I use to convert from a pdf file to a tiff file

I know this is the XP Professional section..but does anyone know how I can convert a pdf file to a tiff file. Also what program opens tiff file.. again I know this is probably the wrong forum but I hope someone can advise me

XP does not natively open .tiff files. Use this excellent freeware tool/addon:

To convert PDF to TIFF there are many utilities to do so, just Google search for "PDF to TIFF" to see the choices.
