What port does TAPI use?

I wrote a program that uses TAPI to redial to busy numbers. One of our clients has Microsoft ISA and ISA clients on all his computers, and the TAPI program does not recieve any events. I assume this is because the filrewall blocks the messages from the IPO, and I need to know on what port these messages are sent.
