What part of PB depend from OS

I make app (exe+pbd) on my computer with Win NT. And want run it on another computer with Win 98. It not run. What is problem? All needed library was added.

I mean P-1 , p-11 or p-111 processor ?

I am sorry. Question closed. Probably OS not right on the one computer. On the all other computers with W98 not problems.
