What is the meaning of "INIT FAIL" when we try to load an NLM?

When a modules gets an "INIT FAIL" upon load, you can switch to the "LOGGER" screen and usually see more details as to why it failed.
You can go to the logger screen by hitting CTRL-ESC, where a list of available screens will appear. It is usually #2 on the list.
