What is the latest AIX OS a 7025-F40 can run ?

I have a 7025-F40 running AIX OS 4.3.3 ML-11. I tried to upgrade to V5.2 and it didnt work. Can I upgrade to V5.1 ?

Yeah, 5.1 is the limit for the F40, bear in mind 5.1 went out of support (IBM support thet is) last month.
