What is the CTP test like?

Has anyone taken this one? I am currently studying for my CCNA, but have a fair amount of convergence experience. I'm getting bogged down in all the rote memorization for the CCNA and wonder if could get some quick success with the CTP. I'm also interested in getting some Avaya certs and the CTP counts toward the Avaya ACA.

I've been in the industry for years, but never bothered with certification. Seems like more and more companies are requiring them.

The biggest trick with the CTP is the breadth of the material. There is a lot to cram into one exam.
