What is the best way to block outgoing caller id on PRI DID? Using 3900 and 2616 sets

change your default clid entry to all 1's.. or you can modify each station.. you could zero out your rcap on that d, then reload the msdl, but that may not work depending on your provider agreement.. (they can either refuse calls or insert a number)

also depends on if you want to always block out bound CLID or just occationally or just from some extensions

What is your intent?

Create *67 as the Flexible Feature Code for "CPP" Calling Party Privacy.

Then dial *67+9+the number and they won't get your Caller ID

You can use the suggestions above and also, you can also do CLS CLBA, but as Reusser stated, it depends on if you want to block all calls or all phones.
