Whenever I start my NEC w98 machine, this happens, then it won't let me get online or check my groupwise e-mail. I don't want to reinstall, but I can't figure out how to fix this. What would have caused this to happen all at once like that?

Thank you so much. I ran the exe file and deleted some non-existant services from the registry and everything appears to be working fine now. At first it didn't seem to work, but after I shut off 3com's DMI agent and removed some file called scom that didn't even exist on the machine, everything worked. We'll see for sure on monday when the user comes back. Thanks again.
