What is in the Report Schedule?

Working in BOEXI - need to know what the schedule object can contain. Expect things like frequency and parameters but what else can the schedule contain?

- Format
- Destination
- Notification
- Alerts
- Event Triggers

If you update an RPT file on BOE-XI, it is best practice to rescheudle ALL recurring/pening Report Instances - so that those instances correctly inherit any changes to the RPT file.

A "Report Instance" of a Crystal Report also contains...

Another common reason to rescheudle ALL recurring/pening Report Instances is if you have to cycle your Database Login info every 60 to 90 days.

I'm not sure what is included in Scheduled WebIntelligence and OLAP Intelligence Instances....
