What is event code 462?

I have a customer who's MICS W/7.0 sw restarts spontaneously and the event code is 462 01610101 s4.
That's not on any list I can find.
This happens 2-3 times a week.
Anyone?

Look like an issue with what ever is using ports 401-416 (module 4).

Maybe relocate to slot 5 on your Expansion Card to test or make sure no forign devices on that module.

Action:Customer Data must be reprogramed.

I swapped the software card but left the config.
If that doesn't cure it I'll default it and reprogram it.
Where did you find that event code lugerlover?
