What is command to copy Bin File to New flash card

Hi I have just replace the flash card on a 2821 router from the default 64mb to 128mb. I now need the procedure to copy the old bin file over to the new 128mb flash card so the router could bootproperly. right now it boots in Rommon. I have new done this before so I would need full explaination.

if all else fails, use xmodem like I did---at 9600 baud, it does take a BIT longer...
