A copper trunk delivered to your site from the LEC exchange.

Central office. The ones that I have are a one way trunk for outgoing traffic. Also refered to as OGO or out going only. If you find any mistakes, please consider that they are there for a purpose. And everyone needs a purpose.

so basically a POTS line hand off from the 66 block to a CO trunk that can be used as a trunk group to handle traffic from multiple stations?

You got it. I have some of these set up for international trunks. Just remove any restrictions and away you go. If you find any mistakes, please consider that they are there for a purpose. And everyone needs a purpose.
