What is ASVSS.exe and INFOJAVA.exe? 1

These two processes are running in the background and seem to be hosing up my PC. A search does not seem to find ASVSS. The INFOJAVA is located in WINNT\inf folder.

Can someone please tell me what these two exe's are good for and how/or if I can stop them from running.

They are not Windows OS files, and likely malware.

. use Explorer and right click on each file. Does the Version information show them as Microsoft issued?

. use AutoRuns and disable them from even starting:

FYI The AutoRuns helped on the ASVSS but the INFOJAVA was a real pain. You could stop it but it would just start right back up. I tried everything, deleting in using AutoRuns, deleted it manually using REGEDIT, used task manager to end process, I even came up in safe mode nothing worked. And, you couldn't delete the EXE file because it was always in use. I booted up in safe mode with command line and deleted the exe file and used regedit to get rid of the run command.

Also, just so you will know, I had already run CW Shreader, Adaware, SpyBot, and Giant. None of them found these guys.
