I updated my motherboard bios awhile back and now I see an option to enable APIC mode. What is this mode and should I enable it? Thanks all :)

ACPI overview, read about it in the Help and Support program by typing ACPI overview in the search box.

Advanced Configuration and Power Interface (ACPI)

ACPI enables the operating system to direct power management on a wide range of mobile, desktop and server computers, and peripherals.

its APIC linney...
(Advanced Programmable Interrupt Controller)
just do a google search and should find plenty of information on it, put in your OS version and may find more related to what you want to know

My error, sorry.

APIC is the Intel standard for the "new" PIC. Its used in multiprocessor systems.
