We had about (60) 4621 IP phones reboot themselves the other night and we can’t find a cause. The were no power issues, the only thing that changed on our network within the past 2 weeks were new DHCP servers. Is it possible that when the IP leases expired it tried to connect to the old DHCP servers and after no response the phones rebooted?

That would be the likely cause. Without the ability to renew the lease on their current IP with the old DHCP servers, they would have had to restart to get a new IP.

Carpe dialem! (Seize the line!)
