What does this mean?

Hi there.
Can anyone tell me if this is an attempt to use a server or what exactly does this message mean ?

Someone or a zombie (virus ridden pc) is trying to relay mail through your server unsuccessfully.

Nothing to worry about.. Make sure your access file correct though.
