Hello All,
The problem is as follow:
Info:
Os: windows 2k pro
Accessing: share on a UNIX box
Problem:
A user log into a windows domain and connects to a share on a UNIX box. The problem is that on this particular windows 2k workstation, her credentials is refused by that UNIX box. If her credentials is used on another windows 2k workstation, it works. The weird part is that on the problem windows 2k workstation, if another credential is used to log into that UNIX box, it works.
Tried the following on the problem workstation but didn't work:
I've tried clearing the temp files to see maybe some sort of cache is being used I've tried deleting her profile, create a local account and log on, then try to connect to the UNIX share I've tried having the same credentials for the UNIX share and the windows
Any input would be greatly appreciated. Many thanks.
Diana
