Weird User Problem...

Very weird Exchange problem. Here is my setup:

Windows 2003 Server as my main Domain Controller
Windows 2003 Server running Exchange 2003

After logging in sucessfully to the Domain, when the user opens up his password, it prompts him again for his password. When I look at the Exchange Server (Active Directory) it says his account is locked. His account gets locked out everytime. I have changed his password, and nothing helps. It is only this user.

Delete the Outlook profile and recreate. Usually cures it.

Can user get in to Outlook Web Access?

After I manually unlock his account, yes.
