Hi guys I have this problem harddisk and there is 3 partitions the first one is c: offcourse it is the booting partition for some reason have a problem with other 2 partitions just disapeard I cant use check or any thing when I check the control panal system properities it seems has problem and I upgraded the driver no success I think it is a virus is there any fix for this by the way I am still able to use the window c ofcourse bootable. Thanks

Is this a New hardrive setup? And if so did you format the other two partitions after you created them?

this is not new drive man it is old and they have folders and files and I think it is a virus after I install some software I had problem first and I did format one of the partitions and left the other 2 c: and d: and after day I lost both partions d: and e: but still c: ok

You might want to fdisk and view to verify that the other partitions are still there. If all looks well, try removing your cd-rom in device manager and reboot. Also check config.sys file for LASTDRIVE=
If there is a LASTDRIVE= make sure the drive letter is far enough out. ie LASTDRIVE=M
