Ok, this is really strange! Here's the issue. Main switchboard operator has 2616 with add-on module. All internal calls coming to her phone by dialing 0 will display the correct DN calling but they all show the same name. Example: 5201 Jones. All calls coming to her phone by dialing her 4-digit extension show the correct DN and the correct name of the person calling. All outside calls disply the normal "outside call." This is not occuring on any other phones with displays...only on hers. I have swapped out the 2616 with another and get the same results. I removed the add-on module and get the same results. I'm really stumped. Does anyone have any suggestions? It's more of an annoyance than anything else but I'd like to know why it's happending. Thanks.

Has to be a class of service issue.

Check for DNDA, CNDA and TDD. Make sure they are in the CLS

TAnselm..Would this be the case if the name and DN is displayed correctly when callers are using the 4-digit extension instead of the sigle digit "0"? Thanks.

it should be the same from either.. how is 0 built? as an mcr 0 would be the cleanest way.. keys 0 1 and 2 all mcr 0 with a lhk to at least 2 extra keys.. if it's a maxp 1 pointed to a dn then you might need to change that to get the name display right

johnpoole....now I am really confused. I printed DN 0 in a load 20 and this is what I get....it's showing the name of the "problem" caller. Not sure what to do next.

Are you just trying to change the name when you are calling her? You can change the name of "0" to operator or front desk or whatever you want if that would be better?

so this is programmed on an ATT and the 2616 number is the NITE prompt ?
