Hi alll!
I'm currently experiencing a mystifying bug from my harware. Every so often, some part of my machine starts emitting beeping sounds. What's extremely weird is that it seems to be playing tunes, in a more or less random order. I should say that it doesn't sound like error codes. I'm supposing that the only bit of hardware with an onboard sound emitter would be the motherboard. On the other hand, I can't find anything wrong with the setup at the moment, and the sounds seem to start mostly when I start video intensive tasks.
I have an Asus P4G8X Deluxe motherboard, a Gigabyte Maya Radeon 9700 Pro vid card, 1 gig ram and P4 2.53GHz. has anyone had this kind of problem before, or does anyone know what it could be about?
Anthony
