Website name same as Company Domain name

Ok guys I have a dilemma here.

A client's Domain name is called "joescompany.com". It also happends that their website is call "joescompany.com".

The website is hosted out of state, and is not part of the domain.

I have tried Cname entry and new host entry, but still unable to resolve

http://www.joescompany.com.

NSlookup for joescompany.com yields nothing.

Oh yes, if I create the "forward lookup host" without using "joescompany" but "joescom" it will resolve "

http://www.joescompany.com"

just fine.
