Website Logon Problem, Missing domain field.

I have a client who logs onto

http://www.wldnss.com

for her work. with a 98 machine, the site asks for user, pass, and domain info, but with her xp laptop it only asks for her user and pass info. Without the domain info she cant logon, what do i need to change to get that prompt ?

well you could type it like "domain\username" then the password, that always works for me, would have to dig for the setting on the domain though.
