WebPublisher Guru? 1

I have added the WebPublisher application to our GW system (ver 6.5). However, I can not open any of the documents in WebPublisher - it will show all documents that have been shared, but I get an error when opening, "Not Available: Document of this type cannot be viewed." It is an .xls spreadsheet. I also have .txt files and .pdf files that can not be opened, either.

Does the WebPublisher proxy user need specific rights to the library? This user is set in the WebAccess/WebPublisher tab as the proxy user for that library. Are there some eDirectory file rights that I need to add?
