weboutlook access question

Hi

I have an exchange 5.5 and exchange 2003 server in an AD2003 environment in coexistance.

I have one user who's mailbox is on the exchange 2003 server. It seems he can check his web outook mail fine from any windows2000 client, but any computer running XP gives him a "500 internal server error".

Possible reasons?
