WebI Universe problem

Hi all, I'm a newbie to WebI and BusObs, I am trying to create a document in WebI but I get an error when trying to open the universe saying we have to close an other linked universe before importing it. How do we close this linked universe? We have full rights (as I am the BO Supervisor) any ideas?
