webi error

Hi,
I have a user who can successfully login into webi and able to refresh personal as well as corporate docs.
But the problem arises when trying to edit an existing document or when trying to create a new document.

when the edit is attempted a small message box with no text in it appears(the title bar contains WebIntelligenceError) and has an ok button to it.Clicking on ok doesn't take you the edit pane.
When trying to create a new doc it shows the universes listed,but clicking on any one of the universes results in the same error as mentioned above.

Any Clue on whats happening?

If I had to guess, I'd say you need to take a look to see if they have a Java Virtual machine. Do a search for MSJAVA.DLL on their machine. If they have one, check the version. It needs to be one supported as documented in the BO PAR found on

http://www.techsupport.businessobjects.com.

The problem is that Microsoft no longer distributes this file.
