Hello, I am quiet new to business objects and had some problems with the scope of analysis in an webi report I made. I am using BO version 6.1b
The problem was this, I wantet a customiced drill in the report for 7 levels:
1) Year
2) Month
3) Week
4) Warehouse
5) Item number and name
6) Lotnumber
7) Component number and name
My report should make a summare of Planned production, Actual production, calculated cost and actual cost.
But the drill did not work as I wished, the combobox contained values for the tre first steps and the rest was empty.
Then I discovered what seem as a bug in webi, it seem that it dont work with a hierarky that contains both alpha and numeric fields. When I went back to the univerce and convertet year, month and week to text the drill worked like a dream.
Well, I was searching for an answer like this when I had problems with the drill down. So this is written just to share my new knowledge.
